{The publishing} industry has been changed by the internet as before you would have had to been backed by a big publishing company. The publishing company would only promote work if they felt it would be profitable enough for them. I want to begin with a question and ask you how often you see the words “free ebook” when you are surfing the Web looking for information?
Thousands…. right?  In fact you probably find that whenever you visit a site there is a free ebook or some other free giveaway available to sign up for.
