TiddlyWiki is a wiki-modeled single-page application that runs inside your web browser.It’s original design was targeted as a personal notebook. It is a single self-contained HTML file… Copy it to your disk, open it with your web browser, and it just runs.When downloaded to your computer, TiddlyWiki can overwrite itself to save the entered data.  TiddlyWiki calls new entries tiddlers and are stored in the local copy of the TiddlyWiki file and are saved for future reference. The same methods are used when modifying or deleting existing tiddlers. Because it’s a single file, no installation, system that runs on most browsers it’s an ideal personal wiki.

We communicate with our customers with the use of TeamTasks TiddlyWiki.It all began with using email to transfer the single file back and forth with customers as we completed tasks and they added them.But we knew a better way to do it.

And the increased communication with our customers really makes us look great.  We even make it a key selling point for our installing OPENRSM CloudBackup.  It’s increased sales, helps enhance customer communication, and as a result helped us make more money while making our customers more secure (the backup part) and easier to communicate with (the TeamTasks TiddlyWiki part).  Which just goes to show you that a little creativity and a good online backup service can help your bottom line while increasing service to your customers.
